Light of the World is a new United Methodist church in the Weatherford / Aledo area. The church had its grand opening in September of 2005. Light of the World is a new United Methodist Church that’s doing church in a fresh new way. It’s a place where you will hear relevant Biblical messages while the kids learn next door in ways relevant to them. You can enjoy coffee and refreshments right in the sanctuary. The Praise Team plays both songs you may know and new ones that will make you want to sing, clap, and maybe even dance.
